By booking your appointment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We have these policies in place to ensure our day runs smoothly for ourselves and clients.
lATE ARRIVALS
We understand life happens and can get in the way of your appointment. However, our appointments are set to certain time frames that can not be rushed. We have a grace period of 8 minutes before we will need to reschedule your appointment as we don’t want our client to be waiting past their appointment time. Any deposit paid may be moved to another date.
health and safety, OUR COVID SAFE PLAN & Sickness
Due to health and safety reasons, staff have the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if the client is sick. This is also part of our COVID19 plan set in place by the Government.
In times like these we ask you to come alone to your appointment, meaning no friends or children. However, if you need to bring your child to your appointment please ensure they are supervised at all times. Thank you for understanding.
no shows
If you do not attend your appointment, we will withhold your deposit as the spot could have been filled by another client and is loss to our small business, or if no deposit has been paid a payment of the deposit amount will be required for any future bookings.
cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel your appointment, you must give more than 48 hours notice. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours from your appointment time, your payment will be forfeited. Cancelled appointments outside of the 48 hour notice may have deposits refunded. As an alternative to cancelling, we are always happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit to a new appointment date and time.
